some may call it higher self, some inner being, soul, source, guardian angel, spirit...

whatever name we choose to give it, we all have one. :) It is ever present and patiently waiting for us to connect, so it can give us directions and guide us towards our truest, most satisfying and fulfilling path. 

But when we are in fear/confusion, we are disconnected from it and are not able to see things for what they truly are; that it's all perfect and made out of Love and light.

Using my intuition and the different tools I have gathered along my path, my intention is to hold space for you, while you heal,  always from the inside out.

Healing and moving through the center, forward and up.

My sessions are dynamic and may include guided meditations, mindful walks, gentle yoga, touch therapy and more. 

 Online sessions can be done via zoom as well.
